Paula, Renee and I ran together today.  We ran over to the fitness ctr and then I started my marathon pace.  The plan was to run one lap and then turn around and go back to meet them and then cool down home.   The first mile was 7:54, so just ahead and the other .62 was 7:47, so even more ahead.  I felt really good except right behind my left knee during the last .62.  Nice to get a little speed today, probably the last except for a few pick ups along the way.

Hey Jody Girl!

Soon you and I are not going to be able to say, "I've never ran a marathon before!" I'm starting to feel the excitement! I hope the excitement helps us do our very best! I'm looking forward to seeing you! Good luck these next few days! Be careful out there! There are injuries and sicknesses trying to take everyone down!
