Missed Monday due to storm.  Missed Tuesday due to travel.

Back at it today.   Met the ladies and we did some hill repeats and then I ran back home.   I tried to push it on the way home and was it was extremely hard today to get down into the 7's and stay there.

Interesting issue:  I woke up yesterday morning and felt fine, 10 minutes later my knee started bugging me and bothered me all day yesterday and a little this morning.   It is right around the knee cap so I am not overly concerned but a little irritated.

On the way: 1.09 -  avg pace 9:13

With the ladies: 3.5 - avg pace 11:48

On the way home: 3.41 - avg pace 8:09 (mile 2: 7:50, mile 3: 7:31)

6 miles this morning with Saskia. Perfect weather, in the 50's, no wind and low humidity.

We did the repeats Kelli talked about earlier in the week after 3 miles and then cooled down for .5 mile.  I was excited to try them and they were extremely challenging but good - almost pukage.   All day I have felt like I had a really hard work out, so it must have had some benefit.

Absolutely beautiful morning, wish they would stick around for a while.

It is extremely windy today and it really took it out of us heading south.   Nice to get in some good mileage but my legs are tired.   Most likely carry over from yesterdays sprints and my son trying to be my personal trainer last night.

Fun Saturday filled with volleyball, hair appointments, cello audition, Costco run, house work and real work.
