Ran with Paula.  I was pretty nervous after Saturdays issues but the run was pretty good.  I took it easy and never pushed hard.  I am having some soreness right below my left knee on the outside.  I am thinking some massage and scraping will help.

I'm sorry to hear you had issues Saturday. You are so tough. I had no idea anything was even wrong. I am having soreness under my right knee. I noticed it during our hill sprints last week. Hope you feel better.

I think winter just makes everyone fall apart! Hope you feel better tomorrow.

I hope your knee is feeling better. You were smart to cut it a little short and baby your knee. My legs are hammered from all the hills today. Good to see you again.
