Paula and I ran together today.  We had a great relaxing run and enjoyed catching up with each other.  Nice to be back outside, but I have come to realize that I have no concept of pace.  My garmin was dead and I thought we were going so much faster than we were, but what's done is done.

Wait. Are you back from Alaska now/! :) I think you sent some of that weather our way. We were below 0 today without the windchill with a projected high of just 7 degrees! Brrrr :) Sometimes it's just fun to run in the moment and forget about pace and go by feel!

That is a nice pace every once in a while, so I hope you enjoyed it! Glad you are back safely.

Wow Jody, I am so amazed at your progress just missing a few months running with you all and seeing how everyone is kicking butt! Hence the name but keep it up! Boston will be fun with everyone going this year!
