Met the BBk's for a hill work out.  I took it easy again but felt better than yesterday.  I was pretty slow but happy that I felt good and no real pain.  We did hill repeats and then some  1/4 mile pick ups.  I picked it up a little on the end and could feel some tightening - but a successful day!  Thanks Kelli for running with me and keeping me company :)

YAY! I'm so glad you're back! I was a bit tired this morning but I'll be there for sure on Thursday. Nice running.

No, thank you for letting me and my upset tummy hang with you. That was a rough run, but for hills we had a good pace!

It really was great to run and chat with you. I have honestly not talked to you in person since before the marathon! It was nice to catch up a little. Next time I will help out with the talking a little!!! Have a great week and hang in there---you are one tough cookie and things will get better!

Oh, and we really are fast (since our times are so close for our races). There is no pressure for us to get any faster! We can just keep running so we can eat JUNK!

Okay, off to AZ I go!

Jody you did a great job this morning, especially just returning from the sauna! I'm glad your pain has subsided and thanks again for all the travel advice...I'm still a little scared to leave for so long.
