Met the BBk's for a hill work out. I took it easy again but felt
better than yesterday. I was pretty slow but happy that I felt good
and no real pain. We did hill repeats and then some 1/4 mile pick
ups. I picked it up a little on the end and could feel some tightening
- but a successful day! Thanks Kelli for running with me and keeping me company :)
