Met the BBK for  our work out today.  I went for the extra mileage at 5:15 but also had to leave early today.    The first part of our work out was a 3 mile tempo run with lots of hills, I am still taking in pretty easy because of my leg so my tempo was slow paced but still the hills were difficult.  My goal is to just stay healthy and get through Boston.

Happy Running!

You did great and seemed very HAPPY today! YEAH!!! Good luck to your hubby with both of those jobs. I am glad he has found some work, I bet he was going nuts!

Jody, thanks for telling me about 'scraping' - If my IT gets really bad again I might have to employ your services :) Your slow pace is a good fast one for me...you did a great job!!

YAY! I hadn't heard that Jay had found a job. That is so great. Great job this morning. I'll see you Saturday for the 20.
