I do not know when the last time I slept in until 7 (except Sundays).  It was still hard to get up and go run, but really nice running with some good sleep!  Paula and I met up and headed out.  She had hurt her foot this morning and was very tough for 3 miles but then had to turn back. I went to finish up and decided to throw in some marathon pace miles.  I ended up with 3.5 miles at marathon pace.  It was nice to get some fast leg turn over and feel really good about today's run.

Great job on your running this week. Looks like you are ready to kick some butt next weekend.

My goal is to try and get around 3:27 this year or anything under 3:29.

You had some awesome miles this week, and even with being out of town! Good girl!
