Three miles should be easy, but these were not!  Paula and I ran together but I am tired and overly stressed this week - two things I am trying to avoid, but failing at.  I have a very long day, hopefully, it is productive and I can let go of a few things.

I second that motion Jody. Take it easy. You're ready to rock so take care of yourself:)

There is no rhyme or reason to the lone faithfuls list but you were on it and I rescued you:)

Michelle - thanks for the rescue! I am missing you guys this week. I am wishing now I would have gone yesterday. I am too wiped out I think to go tomorrow, though. My work really needs understand my need for no stress right now, instead of more and more stress.
