Nice easy run today.  Again the weather was very cooperative, warm with a slight breeze.  I noticed while I was running this morning, that whenever an 80's song would come on my ipod I would pick up the pace without a lot of effort.  I am thinking that I need to make a playlist of all 80's music, the best music ever!

Happy Running!

hey, I thought you guys took Fridays off? It was a great morning for a run -good job on another great week of miles. We are going to the cabin tomorrow, so today is my day of cleaning. What do you have going on?

Yeah- the 80's rule, don't they? I have some 80's remakes done by a pop punk band- Me First and the Gimmee Gimmee's (sp?). REALLY fun to run too! Anyway- I was going to respond to your question about eating before run- here's my experience- If I run for an hour first thing in the morning, I'm fine without food. Otherwise I need something SMALL in my tummy like a handful of dry cereal and 1/2 banana or 1/2 pack of GU. It can be a little tricky finding that balance of not enough or too much food in the system. Have a GREAT weekend!

Hey you need to send me list of 80's songs to put on my ipod. Great run today and a great pace as well!
