We headed out today for a hilly run. After our 1 mile warm up I had a hard time maintaining and even pace. I finally decided to make it a fast run. Mile 3 is the last big up hill and my split on that mile was 9:01. I was hoping for under 9 but it was a killer. The rest of the run the splits were 8;25, 8:11, 8:05 & 8:15. They were a combination of flat and down hill. I felt like I was running at those paces during miles 2 & 3. Overall a good run.

I have been sleeping terrible. I am hoping that it improves this week.

Happy Running!

See I told you that you are the one messing with our time. Great run for you today. Thanks for getting me out.

Jody, Paula, you are both great runners. Days like today where you mix in some hard miles will really pay off. 10 commando points for each of you today.

Great run, Jody! Way to hold those low 8's at the end!! I hear you about the hill slowing pace. I was running ~7:35 today, but there is a .65 mile hill which kills one of my mile splits usually to about 8:50 or 9:00. Way to go though! Looking forward to seeing you set major PRs this year!

You are getting so fast! Wait to go and wait to push it in some hard hills!!

That's an awesome pace for a hill, Jody!!! I gotta eat what you're eating cuz my pace seems to be slowing down lately rather than getting better.
