WHOO HOO!!!  Today was my first pain free run in almost a month.  My husband worked my legs over again last night and today I benefited.  I wasn't sure what to expect, however I was hoping for at least the same as yesterday.  We started out really slow and but no pain and then after about 1 1/4 mile uphill (slow) warm up, we decided to see how it would go.  Our overall ave pace was 9:16 but I feel like it was faster than that for the remaining 4.75 miles.  I am still not able to really push of and go but I am so happy with today!

Happy Running!

Smiley, smiley, smiley faces for you and your knees! Also for husbands who are there to work you over! I'm sorry your husband has to travel so often! What does he do that takes him away all the time? Tell him the whole blog is excited to see his magic helping your knees! We want you running pain free!
