Taking a rest day to give my knee a chance to feel better.  I went to the running store and they recommended a shoe with a thicker sole.  I will give them a go tomorrow.

 Happy Running!

Cheryl,

I did not get your email, but saw your message.  We were planning on coming tomorrow, but because of my knee I am not sure if we will make it.  Could you let me know your plans for next week?

Thanks

Glad the running store had something to help. So what kind of shoe did you end up going with? I hope it works.

Hope you enjoyed your day off from the cars and constant attempts on your life. you are a brave woman facing some of these utah drivers. Hope those shoes make a difference!

Hi Jody--I was afraid I didn't get your e-mail address correctly. Could you let me know what it is again? We haven't planned out next week yet, I'll probably know in a couple of days, and then I'll let you know. Hope your knee gets better.

Cheryl, It is jody@pmginc.com. Thanks - we were looking forward to it but my body has had enough. I have been very lucky so far and never been injured. I am hoping that it really isn't to serious.

Thanks. I'll let you know what our plans are as soon as we figure it out.
