So nice to be home for a while - at least a week or two.  I have had a sore throat for the last few days and did not feel well at all on Saturday morning.  Last night when I went to bed I was feeling horrible again and had almost decided to miss this mornings run.  I got up and decided I felt okay and knowing that it would be an easy run I decided to go.   I ended up feeling pretty good, but it was a slow pace with Paula and Renee.  We had a nice time catching up with each other but I am seriously lacking motivation right now.  I need to refocus.  Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Happy Running!

Tomorrow is always better!! You got out, and that is more than I do when i do not feel like it!! You are motivated by something I lack! Great job.

Im so glad you werent involved in that horrible terrorist attack Jody! I was in timbuckto for Thanksgiving without any Internet and I lost your phone number off my phone so I was frantically calling everyone and anyone to see if you had blogged. Wow, I dont know how close you were to that but it sure is scary to be out of country with those pigs going around and causing all this crap. Im back and relieved to see you on here.
