Ran with Paula again this morning. We did a fairly easy route - 1.5 miles up hill to start and the down hill and flat the rest of the way. The last 1.5 was into the wind so we worked a little. I felt really good and can see that even though it is going slow, I am coming back. I feel really good at being at 21 miles for the week. Next week I would like to work to the 23 -25 range and increase one run to 7 miles. I also need to be better about cross training on the non running days. I was going to do that this week but failed.
