Ran with the BBK today.   They met for extra miles at 5:15 and I could not pull myself out of bed to go.  I ended up getting there about 5 min early and warmed up a little and then joined the group for the regular work out.  The wind made the effort seem harder than usual but I also had 2 sub 8 miles and one at 8:10.  They are such a great group to run with.  Still working on remotivating myself.
