Ran today out near the SF airport by our hotel.  There is a bike/fitness trail that I followed and repeated several times to get to 10 miles.  It was probably the worst run I have had in months.  I wanted to just sit down and cry.    My legs could not get going and I felt like the first 6 miles I just tried to survive.  I took some GU at mile 6 and then felt a little better until the last 1/2 mile.   My feet hurt and my legs had enough trying to battle my mind.  I am so glad I am done.

Good job sticking with it and getting your run in today. Sorry it was difficult, but in the end everything was fine. "Wibby" and Camdyn played here for a bit so mom and dad could go to SL running co. and be fitted for shoes. We painted and did playdough. I think Libby is missing you because she was so quiet. Enjoy your alone time!

Im so sorry you had a rough one today! I have had those moments where it all seems to bleak and awful. Im so amazed you stuck it out for 10 miles! And at 9 min pace. You are a stronger woman than I, by far.

I just can't believe you're off running 10 miles while on vacation. You rule! Sorry the run wasn't so smooth- maybe you're just adjusting the the change in climate/ schedule? Have a WONDERFUL weekend in SF w/ your hubby!
