I woke up with a horrible headache this morning but convinced myself that today was an easy recovery day and I would be okay.  I headed out with Paula but by 2 miles I was not feeling well at all.  I was having to stop and walk every few minutes and then ended up walking the last 1/2 mile home to avoid throwing up.  Hopefully the day improves.

Happy Running!

Get well, Get well soon we hope you get well soon! (Seinfeld episode) I get migraine headaches alot. At least you got out and gave it your best shot right?

Sorry about the headache and not feeling well! Great job getting out! You have so much determination. Did you ever decide on TOP. I talked to the girl in my ward about SG, she said she would talk to her sister but I have not heard anything from her yet. I will let you know if I do.

Hoping you getting feeling better! Great job on getting up when you didn't feel well. I would have just gone back to bed.

I'm not running hobblecreek. Looks fun. My next run is the 20 miler the running series is doing in september.

Take it easy today.

Hey Jody, I hope you are feeling better by now! Running with a headache is more miserable than running with any kind of injury in my opinion! Hope you get a good night's rest tonight! You've got to get better because I can tell that Paula wants to get out and do a long, hard run again really soon! :)
