I woke up so incredibly tired and really debated going out this morning, but new tired was better than regret/guilt.  I headed out to Bingham High and ran with the BBK today.  We warmed up for 2.5 and then divided into a track group and a road group.  I opted for the road group.  We ran 2.5 tempo miles and then ran another 1.5 in fartlek style work out.

Once home walked the kids to school and then ran back.  I did not have it in me today to run up the hill to make it a mile, that stroller really takes it out of me! (pretty sad)  So only .65 extra.

Hey, you ran! Good job. It is hard to get up early as it gets darker and colder!

Feeling tired is so much better than the guilt of not going, I so agree with you, and once you are up and moving you feel good!

Great workout today!
