I stayed up way to late last night - no Sunday nap to keep me awake, just lots to do. I woke up this morning really tired and told myself today could be an easy day.  Met Paula and me knee was  a little tight so I confirmed my easy day.  We headed out and by 1.5 miles into the run I was feeling great.  My legs picked up speed and it was fast from there on out.  They had fire in them today - it doesn't happen very often.  I can definitely tell that racing over the last couple of weeks has helped with my speed.

Great job speedy!!! And how was stadium of fire? Did you get the tickets before they sold out or buy off ebay?

Thanks. Stadium of Fire was okay. My girls loved it - I liked Blue Man Group and Glen Beck. We got the tickets the day they went on sale off of BYU's website.
