I am so glad to be back running today.  We headed out and took it slow to see how I felt. Overall I am feeling much better.  I am still not back to 100% and I cannot do any pick ups but the slow pace felt pretty good.  There are still twinges and I am very hesitant at pushing to much because I do not want to be were I was last week.

Happy Running!

So glad you are doing better. You are smart to take it easy. I think that helped me alot just by backing off the speed for a little bit and not letting the body get stressed. I am excited to see you in a few weeks, let me know when you are coming and what your plans are.

It's great to hear you saying you are feeling much better! Keep it easy until you are back to 100%!

I love how you have your race schedule planned for the year!

Jody--I've sent you an e-mail with what my group is doing this week. However, if you're nursing an injury I would advise against coming right now because we try to do quite a bit of fast running. However, I'll send you an e-mail each week and when you feel ready, come join us!
