I am in Fort Worth today for training and slept in, so I had to run tonight.  It was 90 degrees + humidity, so I did not have high expectations.  I drove over to the Trinity Trail systems.  They are great trails that go forever.  Lots of runners, walkers, bikers and families out.  I went out 2.5 and back 2.5.  The heat didn't bother me at all but my calves were extremely tight and pulling on my feet, creating burning in my arches.  More stretching needed.

You are so diligent to get that run in while you are away1 I think I would just go shopping or something! Running is probably much better for you, though. And that is so fun to run somewhere totally different. Way to go!
