Headed out to meet Paula this morning and it was really raining.  When we met up we decided to go walk at the fitness ctr and then try to run  later tonight.  I was feeling a little guilty about wimpin out until we left the fitness ctr and it was snowing and there were puddles and water everywhere.  We would have been a soaking, cold mess if we had tried to run this morning.  Hope you all have a great day and more to come after our night run.

 Happy Running!

Hey I am glad your appt yesterday went ok, I am glad they didnt see anything on the x-rays even though you are still kinda in the unknown as to what for sure is going on. Sounds like its doing a lot better though. You are probably on the mend now. Sorry about the bad weather!

I never doubt that you'll get the workout in, you are so good & consistent that way! (such a great example to me- the queen of inconsistency!) Stinks about the weather. I'm headed up there this weekend, hope the yucky weather doesn't continue!

Sounds like a VERY smart decision! So, what did you do at the fitness center? Weights? Yoga? Cycling?

Thanks for the welcome! I look forward to meeting lots of people. I think it smart not to run in the cold. Good decision. Knowing Utah, when it's cold like that in the morn, it's bound to pop up about 20 degrees by afternoon! haha
