Great run today in the snow!  It was nice to be outside today with the light snow falling.  It felt like we were really pushing today and going at a pretty good pace, however it was not so.  The roads were slick and we ended up with an ave. pace of  9:08.  It felt a lot faster than that but I think that  it was because of the conditions.  Off to a completely insane day at work.

Happy Running!

I dont know how you run in the ice, snow and slush on a reg basis! You guys are tough. It was super frustrating today for me. You guys are awesome! I am excited for you to come down!

great run for us. Im glad to get back out and at it. We should be quite the skilled dodge ball players with all our dodging of snow and puddles. Luckily no near car collisions today. See you in the morning.

Always good to start an insane day with and even more insane morning run "per non runners". Great consistency and puddle dodging skills.

Stay cool, B of BS rools out

Great job running in the snow! Hope your day at work wasn't too insane. :-)
