Good run today back in the cold!  It is amazing how fast I became wimpy.   My legs felt pretty good, my calves are still a little sore from Saturday but not too bad.  It was good to be back with Paula, she is great.

In other news, my husband comes home tonight and is town for almost a whole week!!!

Happy Running!

Thanks for the run this morning. It went really fast today or at least it felt that way. You wont know what to do with a husband for a whole week.

Glad you had a safe trip home. In a couple of months and all of us down here will be wishing we are up there in the cool.

Enjoy your hubby.

Carpe Diem!

Good for you to get out and face the cold! So far today we are 1 success and 2 accidents. I'm hoping it improves. I'll call you tonight with the final results!

I am glad Jay will be home for a week to give you a little break. Wait to go on getting some fast miles in today. Hold on and spring will come eventually....

Jody, what a darn winter, we deserve a great day for the 15K, don't care about the time, just give us good weather and a dry road, we will attack the course.
