Early morning run with the  BBK.  We met and warmed up for 2.5 and then began the work out.  We did another 10 min at easy pace and then 15 min at marathon pace and then 5 recovery.  We did another 15 at marathon pace and then recovered back to the parking lot.   Today flew by.  It did not feel like 8 miles at all.  I had the worst attitude going but left feeling much better and even a little excitement is coming back.

Ave Pace 9:01 - some seriously slow recovery!

Happy Running!

You did great and I hope you can get excited. This next week is weird cuz you're burned out but excited all at the same time. You're doing great and you are ready:)
