Ten nice, easy miles with Paula.  It was really warm this morning and we had a pretty good breeze.  We took it fairly easy and just enjoyed the run. I can tell I have neglected my legs over the past few days because they are pretty sore.  Scrapping tonight!

Sweet run, Jody! I hear y ou about work getting in the way of exercise. I haven't been able to do much exercising myself with school and work, and the worst part is it's only going to get worse for me with my last class starting on Saturdays from 9am to 3pm. Gag! Don't worry. You have done the work and you are going to have a phenomenal SGM! Don't worry about making the runs up. Just maintain consistency and get your 7-10 milers in and your last long run if you still have one. With the past few 20 milers you did, I am anticipating a sweet race report :) you will have so much fuN!

Great job on your run today. Take care of those legs, you are going to need them in about 2 weeks!!!

Michelle - I am planning on all 4 and we will see how it goes. If I am not feeling it I will try to get the miles, just slow. See you soon.

Nice run this morning Jody. How come Paula doesnt come out anymore? I know its far. Its good to have you come our way to be punished! Just remember those punishing miles pay off! Just like doing pushups in the army. When they punish you with them they are actually helping you! Always look at it that way and not as the punishment.
