More treadmilling today. I really did not want to go but I told myself today could be an easy day and do 5K and if you want to stop you can. It is amazing how changing the perception of things makes it easier. I felt great and took it pretty easy for the first 20 minutes and then started picking up the pace a little, keeping in mind that I will do some speed work tomorrow.  I ended up with 10K which makes me really happy, but I am going to be very late for work. The average pace was probably around 8:50 (not very speedy at all)  I did not realize the time or I would have stopped a while ago.  Glad it was done. Glad I at least get to run, even if it is on a treadmill.  Sightings from the window:  1 cow, 1 pig, 1 motercyle with a Dad, Mom, Child and infant; First sighting for me ever of a Dad, Mom and twin infants on a motercycle.  I will try to post a picture from another trip so that you can see all the people on the motercylces later.

Happy Running!

Aww I'd say that is a great run! I would have to admit I too have not seen a mom, dad and twins on a motorcycle!

Have fun today somehow!
