It has been a very long time since I missed three days in a row of running.  Saturday I was completely exhausted from three consecutive 15 hr days.   I ended up sleeping most of Saturday and then going to dinner that evening.  Sunday I went to church which I love.  The branch here in Delhi is amazing.    We then headed out to the Neemrana Fort which is is indescribable.  I have more details and pictures about both posted on my family site.

My hip has been bothering me quite a bit the last couple of days and I know it is from running on a treadmill.  I ended up telling myself I would see how it goes and if I it did not improve, I could stop.  I ended up making it 10K but not any of it enjoyable.  There really wasn't any pain, I am just tired of the sauna enviroment and I really, really dislike the treadmill  - BUT it is better than not running at all.  We will see what tomorrow brings.  Just under 9 min miles again.

Happy Running!

Just think how enjoyable your runs will be when you get back home. I hate the treadmill too and always feels it messes my body up when I run on it. Cant wait to see you again next week.

Sauna running. Yuck. You're doing great, though! Your pictures on your family blog were AWESOME! And why were you in Paris?!?! Too much fun.
