I ran today with Christi.  We had a great run through Santa Clara Heights and Ivins.  It was nice to chat and visit.  As you all already know, she is GREAT!!  My legs are very sore from Saturday's run so a little active recovery helps. Back home to the frigid north today:(

Brent - No tan :( I wish though!! Saturday will be very interesting, I am hoping for good weather but very doubtful.

All I wanted was the snow to be gone when I got home and it wasn't and there is more on the way. I can't take it anymore!!

There is a tanning bed somewhere calling your name, Jody! I used to do that when I lived in MI and didn't see the sun for MONTHS at a time. Great job on your run!
