Early morning with the BBK's.  I love this group!  We warmed up for three miles and then met the others for 6 more around Daybreak.   I wimped out and convinced them to avoid the the temple hill into the wind.   They obliged, but I know feel very guilty.

Ave Pace - workout:  8:35

Ave Pace - entire run: 8:48

25 min yoga, pm - It was supposed to 45 but it was way above my level so I bailed.

Happy Running!
