BBK or BGMK run today.  We ran in the neighborhoods around Bingham High today.  I am always worried I am going to get hit by a teenage driver, but we were all safe today.  It was great to run with Britta today and get to know her a little better.  I overdressed today and ended up having to take off my outer layer.

Great job once again! Just consider the overdressing as kind of like a sauna!

I love this time of year and I love the weather when the sun comes up! I went home, changed my clothes, and then had to crank the heater up and sit right by the vent to get warm!

This weather makes it hard to know what to wear. Makes you wonder how we are going to do 15 degrees!
