Ran with Paula and Renee today. Nice easy recovery run. The first 4.5 miles were pretty slow but really enjoyable! Renee had to be done and then Paula and I added on 2 more at a pretty good pace. Paula was done and I had a few minutes to run another 1.5 to get to 8 for the day. Still colder than I want and I think I need to break out the gloves. My knee was tender at the first but fine as the run progressed.

One more mile after walking the kids to school.  As I ran home I could tell how tired my legs were and pushing a 4 yr old in a stroller only makes them more tired.  Glad I did it though.

Pushing a 4 year old in the stroller was probably the hardest part of your 9+ miles today! That's a lot of work! Great job!
