Today was interesting.  We spent most of our time dodging cars or trying to run through 6 inches of icy snow.  I ran 5.25 with my partner and then dropped her off and added on 2 more.  My average pace for the day was 9.7 min/miles.  Slow, but considering the how many times we were off the sidewalk and then back on, not to bad.  Overall a good run today!

Happy Running!

Good job with your long run today! Guess what? I'm going to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch on Wednesday - I'm excited. You'll have to let me know what's good to order.

Hey good for you to keep going today. I finally got onto this sight. I need to now just figure out how to navigate around the sight. Anyway thanks for pointing the way. See you in the morning.

Andee,

I always order Chicken Madera. It is so yummy.

You deserve double miles for running in icy snow! I am feeling more and more spoiled just reading about it. Great job, Jody!
