Oh what a difference a day makes!  80 degrees this morning - what happened to the 60's?

I contemplated bailing, I did not get home last night until 9:30 and was completely exhausted when I woke up.   Guilt got me out the door but I opted for an easy day.   I probably would have benefited more by taking the day off - lots of little pulling and nagging.   Another easy day tomorrow and then I am unable to run for a few days, which is probably a good thing.

This heat is depressing. I am so burnt out of running in it! The only reason I am getting up to run is because I make appointments to meet other people. Maybe when the weather finally changes, it'll reinvigorate us!

80 degrees versus 60--yes, huge difference! Way to get out there and get it done although you were exhausted...runners do crazy things.
