Laid in bed for 45minutes deciding what I was going to do.... I hate wind and it was windy and cold - I have become a total wimp.  Finally talked myself into getting out at least to get easy miles but quickly stuck to the plan of 5 MP miles.   Warmed up for two miles and then started the MP.   The first three were a little hilly and the last two were flat.  As usual it turned int a MP/tempo run  - interestingly, I never actually saw my pace at the auto lap on my garmin and every time I looked down, I was going slower than what my mile paces ended up being.  Cool down for two miles.

MP 8:02, 7:42, 7:47, 7:39, 7:36

Avg Pace 8:18

I know how you feel about the weather. I never can convince myself to run as much in the winter.

Way to willpower it out the door and do an excellent workout! Those are great mile splits!
